By downloading or using the Gronk app, these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the app.

Intellectual Property

You are not allowed to copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app or any part of it. The app and all related trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and intellectual property remain the property of DeepGronk AI LLC.

AI Services and Data Processing

Gronk provides AI-powered features including text chat, voice conversations, image generation, and image editing.

To provide these features, user-submitted content may be securely transmitted to third-party artificial intelligence providers. This may include:

• Text prompts and chat messages
• Voice recordings submitted for AI processing
• Images uploaded for generation or editing
• Technical metadata required for processing requests

These AI providers may include:

• OpenAI
• Google Gemini
• xAI (Grok)
• Other AI service providers as required to deliver functionality

Your content is transmitted only for the purpose of generating AI responses. We do not sell user data. Users must provide consent before AI processing occurs.

Each third-party provider operates under its own privacy policy and maintains appropriate safeguards for data protection.

Third-Party Services

The app also uses third-party services for analytics and stability monitoring, including:

• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics

App Updates and Charges

DeepGronk AI LLC reserves the right to modify or update the app and introduce paid features at any time. Any paid services will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

Internet and Data Usage

AI features require an active internet connection. Gronk is not responsible for charges incurred from mobile network providers while using the app.

Device Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security and functionality of your device. We are not responsible for service issues caused by device malfunction or battery depletion.

Limitation of Liability

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Gronk is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app at any time without prior notice.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any updates.
